The 50L jacketed glass reactor is a commonly used biochemical instrument, which is widely used in modern fine chemical industry, biopharmaceutical, scientific research and experiment industries. It does various tests under various conditions (including: constant speed, constant force, constant temperature) ( Including: concentration, distillation, retention, separation, purification reaction), it is an ideal instrument and equipment for teaching, experiment, pilot test and production.
How to use the 50L jacketed glass reactor:
● Before installation, use, maintenance and inspection, please be familiar with all the contents of this manual so as to use it correctly.
● The power supply voltage is consistent with that specified by the instrument.
● It is not suitable to run at high speed without load
● The life of the electrical box is greatly affected by the surrounding temperature and humidity. Please keep the speed control and motor dry.
● Install the machine first, then let the electrician do the wiring and power on. The ground terminal must be grounded. The high temperature bath is connected to the air switch.
● Within 5 minutes after the power is cut off, electric shock may still occur due to the inverter or capacitor discharge.
● Pay attention to the damage to the glass caused by hard objects on the body (watches, rings, belt buckles, etc.) during operation.
● Be careful when connecting the vacuum pipe and water pipe, so as not to damage the human body by breaking the glass with excessive force.
● When you need to use a high-temperature circulating oil bath, pay attention to the damage of high temperature to the human body. It is recommended to use heat-conducting oil (simethicone oil, kinematic viscosity 100) as the solvent that is less harmful to the human body. Especially pay attention to high temperature circulation, the circulation pump should be turned on first, and the temperature should be raised slowly while the heat transfer medium is circulating.
50L Jacketed Glass Reactor Features:
1. The material (G3.3 borosilicate glass) used in the 50L jacketed glass reactor has excellent material and chemical properties. In the stirring process of frequency conversion speed regulation, the operation will be relatively stable, and no sparks will be generated even if the torque is large.

Features

How to maintain the 50L jacketed glass reactor:
1. Check the instrument carefully before use, whether the glass bottle is damaged, whether the interfaces are consistent, and handle with care.
2. Wipe each interface with a soft cloth (you can replace it with a napkin), and then apply a little vacuum grease. (Vacuum grease must be covered after use to prevent lime sand from entering.)
3. The joints of the 50L jacketed glass reactor should not be tightened too tightly, but should be loosened regularly to avoid long-term tight locking and causing the connectors to be seized.
4. Turn on the power switch first, and then let the machine run from slow to fast. When stopping, make the machine stop, and then turn off the switch.
5. The PTFE switches everywhere should not be over-tightened, as it is easy to damage the glass.
6. After each use, you must use a soft cloth to wipe off all kinds of oil stains, stains, and solvent residues left on the surface of the machine, and keep it clean.
7. Unscrew each PTFE switch after stopping the machine, and the PTFE piston will be deformed if it is still in the working state for a long time.
8. Clean the sealing ring regularly. The method is: take off the sealing ring, check whether there is dirt on the shaft, wipe it off with a soft cloth, apply a little vacuum grease, and reinstall it to keep the shaft and the sealing ring smooth.
9. The electrical part must not enter the water, and it is strictly forbidden to be damp.
10. When doing any repair or inspection on the glass reactor, be sure to cut off the power supply and water source first.
