1. Open the door of the DZF-6050 vacuum drying oven, put the items to be processed on the shelf in the box, close and tighten the door. And close the bleed valve, open the pumping vacuum valve, turn on the vacuum pump to pump air, so that the vacuum degree in the box is <133Pa, (vacuum gauge indication value <-0.1MPa) close the pumping vacuum valve and turn off the power of the vacuum pump.

2. Turn on the power, insert the power plug into the power socket, and put the power switch on the panel in the "on" position. At this time, the instrument will display a digital display, indicating that the device is in working state.

3. Set the temperature in the box you need by operating the temperature controller.

4. The DZF-6050 vacuum drying oven starts to work, and the temperature in the oven gradually reaches the set value. After the required drying treatment time, the treatment work is completed.

5. Turn off the power, and when the temperature in the box is close to the ambient temperature, open the vent valve to release the vacuum in the box. Open the door and take out the items.

Note that if you are dealing with flammable items, you can only put in air after the temperature is cooled below the ignition point, otherwise it will cause combustion.

The reason for the vacuum suction phenomenon is because of the wrong operation when turning off the vacuum pump. You should close the valve first and then turn off the vacuum pump. If the order is reversed, the water or oil in the vacuum pump will have a suction phenomenon due to the influence of vacuum negative pressure. Inexperienced Workers may make mistakes. The solution is: learn from experience and operate correctly. If it is easy to make mistakes, a check valve should be added between the vacuum pump and the DZF-6050 vacuum drying box. When the vacuum pump stops, the check valve will close the valve instantly. There will be no vacuum suction phenomenon.

3. How to check the air leakage of DZF-6050 vacuum drying oven

(1) Check the vacuum connecting pipe, the connecting pipe between the vacuum pump and the vacuum suction port. It may be damaged by rubber or stainless steel pipe connection. If damaged, replace it directly.

(2) Check whether the airtightness of each valve is closed and air-tight as when it was new. The inspection method is mainly physical inspection. Vacuumize the DZF-6050 vacuum drying oven to the extreme level, and ensure that the air is always pumped. Put the palm of your hand on the valve port to check whether there is suction. If the closed valve feels suction, then the valve needs to be replaced. If the valve opening is very large, this method cannot be realized, and the silicon rubber skin can be used to realize it, and the body sensory recognition may be faster.

(3) Check whether the sealing ring and gasket are aged and damaged. If there is aging and damage, they must be replaced. If they are damaged, the vacuum may not be pumped up.

4. DZF-6050 vacuum drying oven has air leakage after several years of use

Air leakage occurs at this time. The most likely reason is not that the drying box is damaged, but that the seals are damaged and aging. You only need to replace the sealing strips. If the problem still cannot be solved, the valves are damaged. Replace some valves. Can.
