Desktop Vacuum Pump

1. Keeping the water clean is the key to the stable operation of the equipment. The water must be changed and cleaned regularly. Dust and solid matter cannot be pumped. Certain corrosive gases can cause the water quality in the water tank to deteriorate, produce air bubbles, and affect the vacuum degree, so attention should be paid to changing the water in a continuous cycle.

2. For special strong corrosive gases, it should be carefully judged whether it reacts with the materials used in this equipment, and used with caution. If the vacuum does not go up, first judge whether the pumped container is leaking or the leather tube is loose. If it is a pump problem, check whether the water inlet or each air circuit is blocked or loose and leaks. If the motor does not turn, check the power supply or fuse. Check whether the desktop vacuum pump pipeline and joints are loose. Turn the desktop vacuum pump by hand to see if the vacuum pump is flexible.

3. Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in time.

4. Unscrew the water diversion screw plug of the pump body of the desktop vacuum pump, and pour water or slurry. Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge of the water outlet pipeline.

5. Start the motor, and try to see if the direction of the motor is correct.

6. Start the motor. When the desktop vacuum pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump. After seeing the appropriate pressure, open the gate valve gradually, and check the load of the motor at the same time.

7. Try to control the flow and head of the desktop vacuum pump within the range indicated on the label, and operate the desktop vacuum pump at the highest point to obtain the greatest energy-saving effect.

8. During the operation of the desktop vacuum pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed the ambient temperature by 35°C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 80°C.

9. If abnormal sound is found in the desktop vacuum pump, stop the machine immediately and check the cause.

10. When the desktop  vacuum pump is to be stopped, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.

12. Frequently adjust the packing gland, and the dripping in the stuffing chamber is normal, and it is advisable for the drip to leak out.

13. Regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve, and replace it in time after the wear is large.

14. When the desktop vacuum pump is used in the cold winter season, after parking, it is necessary to unscrew the water discharge screw plug at the lower part of the pump body to drain the medium. Prevent frost cracking.

15. When the desktop vacuum pump is out of service, it is necessary to disassemble the pump completely, wipe off the water, apply grease to the rotating parts and joints, install them, and keep them properly.
