Teflon Lined Stainless Steel Autoclave

Teflon lined stainless steel autoclave has the characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, sanitation, no environmental pollution, electric heating, automatic heating without boiler, convenient use, and low price. Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries, the material is 304 stainless steel.

Teflon lined stainless steel autoclave is composed of pot body, pot cover, agitator, jacket, support and transmission device, shaft seal device, etc. The material and opening can be made according to the user's process requirements. Heating forms include electric heating, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling), open flame heating, etc.

The jacket form is divided into: jacket type and outer half-pipe type, and the jacket oil heating type is equipped with a flow guide device. The mixing forms generally include paddle type, anchor type, frame type, screw type, scraper type, etc. The high-speed type includes dispersed impeller type, turbine type, high-shear type, and propeller type for customers to choose according to the process. The transmission forms include ordinary motors, explosion-proof motors, electromagnetic speed-adjustable motors, frequency converters, etc., and the reducers include cycloidal pin wheel type, worm gear type, and planetary infinitely variable speed type. Shaft seals are ordinary water-cooled packing seals, combined PTFE packing seals, and mechanical seals. The discharge forms include ball valves and down-opening valves.

1. Check whether the interior of the teflon lined stainless steel autoclave, agitator, rotating parts, auxiliary equipment, indicating instruments, safety valves, pipelines and valves meet the safety requirements.

2. Check whether the water, electricity and gas meet the safety requirements.

3. Before feeding the teflon lined stainless steel autoclave, the agitator of the reaction kettle should be turned on. When there is no noise and it is normal, the material should be added to the reaction kettle, and the amount of feeding should not exceed the process requirements.

4. Before opening the teflon lined stainless steel autoclave steam valve, first open the return valve, and then open the intake valve. Open the steam valve slowly to preheat the jacket and increase the pressure gradually. The pressure in the jacket must not exceed the specified value.

8. The teflon lined stainless steel autoclave steam valve and cooling valve cannot be activated at the same time, and hammering and collision are not allowed when the steam pipeline passes through the gas.

6. When opening the cooling water valve, first open the return valve, and then open the water inlet valve. The cooling water pressure shall not be lower than 0.1 MPa, nor higher than 0.2 MPa.

7. For water ring vacuum pumps, the pump should be turned on first, and then the water should be supplied.

8. Check the operation of the teflon lined stainless steel autoclave at any time, and stop it for maintenance if any abnormality is found.

9. When cleaning the teflon lined stainless steel autoclave, it is not allowed to brush the reaction kettle with alkaline water, and be careful not to damage the enamel.

10. Stop stirring, cut off the power supply, and close various valves.

3. Surface treatment of teflon lined stainless steel autoclave

The inner surface is mirror polished to ensure no hygienic dead corners. The fully enclosed design ensures that the material is always in a sterile state. The outer surface can be sandblasted, frosted, and cold-rolled primary color matte treatment.
