DZF-6020 vacuum drying oven cleaning method:
① After the daily production, the surface of the equipment and pipes are scrubbed with detergent each time, and then the detergent on them is wiped with drinking water, and the surface of the equipment and pipes are dried, and confirmed that they have been cleaned.
②If there are stains on the inner wall of the equipment, use a towel dipped in soap solution to wipe away the stains, rinse with drinking water until the lotion is colorless, and rinse with pure water once.
③Wipe off the accumulated fluid with a towel, scrub it with pure water, close the cabinet door, and turn on the steam to dry it for later use.
④ Open the drain valve, rinse with drinking water until the lotion is colorless, and then rinse again with pure water.
