The electric heating blast drying oven is mainly distinguished by the structure of the box and the level of temperature control. According to the structure of the box, the electric heating blast drying oven can be divided into a desktop electric heating blast drying oven and a vertical electric heating blast drying oven; according to the temperature, the electric heating blast drying oven can be divided into a constant temperature electric Heated blast drying oven and high temperature electric heating blast drying oven. As a common drying equipment, the electric heating blast drying oven is widely used in industrial and mining enterprise laboratories, medical and health, and scientific research units for drying, baking, wax melting, sterilization, and curing.

Structure of electric heating blast drying oven:

The electric heating blast drying oven is mainly composed of three parts: the inside of the oven, the electric heater and the temperature control system.

1. Box shell: the shell is made of steel plate. The box wall is mostly divided into three layers, and two inner and outer interlayers are formed between the three layers of iron plates. The outer interlayer is filled with thermal insulation material glass fiber or asbestos board, and the inner interlayer is used as a convective layer for warm air.

2. Constant heating room: The time that the innermost iron plate is coiled is called a constant heating room. There are 2 to 3 layers of mesh shelves indoors for storing objects. The temperature-sensing body of the temperature controller (that is, the temperature-sensing probe) extends into the constant heating room from the left side wall. Heating wire is arranged in the bottom interlayer.

3. Chamber door: generally double type. The inner door is a glass door, which is used to inspect the baked object while minimizing heat dissipation. The outer door is used for sound insulation and heat insulation.

4. Inlet and row bridge holes: There is an inlet bridge hole at the bottom or front, through which dry air enters. There is a row of bridge holes on the top of the box, and an adjustable exhaust window is installed at its entrance, through which the steam escapes. A thermometer is inserted in the place of the exhaust window to indicate the temperature of the box.

5. Side room: it is the control room. It is generally located on the right side of the box, and is insulated from the constant heating room. It is equipped with switch, indicator light, temperature controller, hair dryer and other electrical components. Open the side door, you can easily check the passages other than the heating wire.

How to use the electric heating blast drying oven:

1. After the power is turned on, the power heating switch can be turned on. When the required temperature is higher than 150°C, it can be turned to the high temperature gear. Otherwise, there is no need to turn on the high temperature, just the power switch is enough, and then turn the thermostat knob clockwise from the "0" position to the desired temperature point, at this time the temperature inside the box starts to rise, the green indicator light of the instrument is on, and the blower switch can be turned on at the same time. make the blower work;

2. When the temperature rises to the required working temperature, the green light goes off and the red light turns on, and the place where the lights turn on and off again is the constant temperature fixed point (it is very likely that the temperature will continue to rise at the constant temperature point, which is the effect of residual heat, about half an hour It will be stable); when the indoor temperature is stable, the 101A and 202A models will display red numbers, and when the reading exceeds or falls below the required temperature, you can slightly adjust the knob until it reaches the correct level;

3. After constant temperature, it can be kept at constant temperature for a certain period of time according to the needs of the experiment. During this process, the temperature can be automatically controlled by the temperature controller in the box without manual management;

4. If you want to observe the condition of the sample in the studio, you can open the door and observe through the observation port or glass door in the box. However, it is advisable to open the door infrequently, so as not to affect the constant temperature, and when the temperature rises to 300°C, opening the door may cause the glass door to cool rapidly and break.

Precautions for electric heating blast drying oven:

1. Work under the condition that the ambient temperature is not higher than 40°C and the relative air humidity is not higher than 85%;

2. Use a special plug and socket, and use a wire twice as thick as the power cord for grounding. Check the electrical insulation performance before use, and pay attention to whether there are open circuit, short circuit and leakage;

3. The maximum average load of the test steel plate is 15Kg. Do not place it too heavy or too dense. There must be a gap. The test product cannot be placed on the bottom plate of the studio;

4. It is strictly forbidden to put flammable and volatile items in the electric heating blast drying oven to prevent explosion.
