When the integrated stirrer and the inner magnetic ring rotate, the tachometer coil will generate an induced electromotive force, which corresponds to the stirring speed. The electric potential is transmitted to the tachometer to display the stirring Rotating speed.

7. There is a cooling water jacket between the magnetic coupling and the lid of the kettle. When the operating temperature is high, the cooling water should be passed through, and the magnetic steel will be demagnetized if the temperature is too high.

8. The bearing adopts 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel bearing or high-strength electrochemical graphite, which is wear-resistant and has a long maintenance cycle.

Precautions during use of lab scale high pressure reactor:

1. In order to ensure the safe use of the lab scale high pressure reactor, please be sure to ground the wire, and please do not work with empty materials or dry burning. Please do not work continuously for more than 72 hours. If there is pressure in the kettle, please do not open the lid of the kettle. You should first release the pressure from the valve before opening the lid of the kettle.

2. When installing the lab scale high pressure reactor, please first correspond to the 0 key on the edge of the kettle lid and the 0 key on the edge of the kettle body, and ensure that the six screws are installed diagonally and tightened at the same time. Please be careful with it! Do not bump the sealing surface of the upper and lower kettle body! Bump deformation is easy to leak.

3. In order to prolong the use of the lab scale high pressure reactor, the motor of the magnetic stirrer has a fan cooling function. When it is used for heating experiments, especially for high-temperature heating experiments, the instrument cannot be used for heating alone, and the motor must be adjusted to rotate Or medium speed rotation state (or idling).

4. At the end of high-temperature heating, please turn off the heating switch first, and then turn off the stirring switch after the residual temperature dissipates for a few minutes.

5. When the liquid enters the case, please turn off the power quickly, and put the instrument in a ventilated place to dry before using it, so as to avoid the danger of electric leakage or electrical short circuit.

6. When the ambient humidity is relatively high, there may be induction electricity transmitted to the shell through the insulation layer, please make sure to ground the wire to avoid leakage. And pay attention to ventilation. Relative humidity range 35%-85% (non-condensing).

7. When the lab scale high pressure reactor is not used for a long time, please store the instrument in a dry and non-corrosive environment.

8. When doing experiments, the working volume is at most 2/3 of the volume of the kettle body, and must not exceed its volume.

9. It is recommended that if the PTFE lining is used in the experiment, the set temperature should not exceed 200°C, and if the PPL lining is used, the set temperature should not exceed 240°C. If the specified temperature is exceeded, the PTFE lining and PPL lining are easily deformed.
