The 5L jacketed glass reactor can be used with circulating water type multi-purpose vacuum pump, diaphragm vacuum pump, low temperature circulating (vacuum) pump, circulating cooler, constant temperature circulator, low temperature cooling liquid circulating pump, closed refrigeration heating cycle device (also known as: high and low temperature cycle device) and other supporting components to form a system device for experiments, pilot tests and production in chemistry, fine chemicals, and biopharmaceutical new material synthesis.
The 5L jacketed glass reactor is a new type of double-layer glass reactor produced by our company according to the actual requirements and standards of customers. 5L jacketed glass reactor working principle:
The inner layer of the double-layer glass reactor puts the reaction materials, and at the same time, it can be vacuumed for stirring reaction; the interlayer can be connected to heating or cooling equipment for heating or cooling; and can control the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution, and can realize constant pressure feeding.

Features
1.GG17 high-borosilicate glass with nice physical-chemical properties; experiment temperature -100 to 400 degree C; Resistant to strong acidic properties of materials; only touching with glass parts & PTFE, no cross-contamination. Double cylinder; kettle cover is separated from kettle body. It is convenient to disassemble, clean and install.
2. Stirring adopts to mechanical sealing, it keeps higher vacuum degree among the same products in the market. It also keeps high vacuum degree when stirring. Glass(PTFE)discharge valve, non-dead angle mixing, fast emptying, no residue.

5L jacketed glass reactor installation method:
1. After opening the package, check whether the main accessories of the machine are complete according to the packing list;
2. Assemble the frame with the stainless steel pipe and fixing parts according to the attached drawings;
3. Install the electrical box on the top of the right rear pole, tighten the screws, and plug in the seven-pin plug. The vacuum gauge is installed at the left rear end, just tighten the screws;
4. According to the height of use, fix the round bracket of the kettle on the slider of the vertical pole, put the kettle on the bracket, and the semicircular hoop is used to fix the neck of the kettle and insert it into the slider of the vertical pole respectively, and tighten the fixing screws after closing. Pay attention to the verticality of the main body of the reactor during installation;
5. The stirring rod is fixed on the gear ring chuck of the motor spindle, the stirring rod passes through the rotating bearing in the middle of the cover, tightens the connector, and then adjusts the position of the motor, paying attention to the vertical concentricity;
6. The slider on the pole is a stainless steel multi-purpose clip that can be fixed and adjusted in different directions and heights;
7. The 40# standard port on the left of the bottle cap is inserted into the snake-type reflux condenser, the 40# standard port on the right is the feeding port connected to the constant pressure funnel, the 24# standard port in the middle front is the thermometer casing port, and the 34# standard port is at the back of the cap It is a multi-functional spare port, with a discharge valve at the bottom, and the top and bottom of the kettle body are respectively the inlet and outlet of circulating fluid. The lower port is connected to the circulating fluid inlet, and the upper port is connected to the circulating fluid return port;
8. When installing the glass instrument, it must be cleaned. Apply Vaseline to each interface to prevent the glass from locking up, and then apply vacuum grease to prevent air leakage;
9. Press the universal wheel fixing device to stir. If the stirring is stable, it means that the debugging is good.
5L Jacketed Glass Reactor Instructions：
1. Before installation, use, maintenance and inspection, please be sure to read all the contents of this manual to ensure correct use.
2. The power supply voltage must be consistent with that specified by the instrument.
3. It is not suitable for high-speed operation without load.
4. The life of the electrical box is greatly affected by the ambient temperature and humidity. Please keep the speed control and motor dry.
5. Install the machine first, then wire and power on by a professional electrician. The ground terminal must be grounded. The high temperature bath must be connected to the air switch.
6. Within 5 minutes after cutting off the power supply, electric shock may still occur due to the inverter or capacitor discharge.
7. Pay attention to the impact damage to the glass caused by hard objects on the body (watches, rings, belt buckles, etc.) during operation.
8. Be careful when connecting the vacuum tube water pipe, so as not to damage the human body by breaking the glass with excessive force.
9. When you need to use a high-temperature circulating oil bath, pay attention to the harm of high temperature to the human body. Especially pay attention to high temperature circulation, the circulation pump should be turned on first, and the temperature should be raised slowly while the heat transfer medium is circulating.
The 5L jacketed glass reactor can be combined with circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pump, diaphragm vacuum pump, circulating cooler, constant temperature circulator, low-temperature cooling liquid circulating pump, closed refrigeration and heating circulation device, etc. to form a system device.
